2. General rules
The calendar of the Copa Catalana International Will be created for XCO and CRI type of routes. This is subjected to the norms of the technical UCI commission. In case that it isn’t, it is subjected to the regulation of the Catalan cyclist federation. .

3. Categories
Women: elite, under 23, junior, cadet, master 30 and master 40.
Men: elite, under 23, junior, cadet, master 30, master 40 and master 50/60.
 
4. Distribution of points
You will find that matches between the Super Cup are subject to the special points established by this circuit.
For the General Classification of the International Catalan Cup, the 7 million results plus the due CRI scores will be awarded.

5. Clothing and advertisement
The leader of each category has to wear the jersey provided by the organisation, whereat there is a space of 22cm high and 30 cm wide in order to advertise their main sponsor. At every award ceremony, the participants have to go on the podium with the appropriate team outfit.

7. Inscriptions
INSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT: The inscription can be done until the previous Wednesday of the race at 23:59 o’clock. The payment will be transacted directly at the web page. On the race day, the badge and bib (1st race) can be collected, which will be used for all the other races, or in any other race in case the runner has not participated in the previous races, together with the Championship T-shirt.
It is necessary to present the valid license and stamp the signature control. The registration will not be accepted less than 30 minutes before the start of the race.
Registrations made on the same day will be charged 10€ and the runner will not be included in the starting grid.
PADDOCK: The teams that want to reserve a Paddock will have to do only one payment for all the races of the Copa Catalana Internacional 2022. Fill in the reservation form in the  web page. E-Mail: [email protected] and www.ocisport.net.
TEAMS: In case of teams bringing several riders, we would need you to send the form with the riders that will participate on behalf of the team for each race. Send the form to [email protected]

When collecting the number plate at the first race a €5 surcharge shall be applied (number plate/race bib, chip and t-shirt).
Registrations made on the day of the race shall incur a surcharge of €10 and will not be taken into account for the starting order.
Riders are responsible for taking care of the provided number plate and race bib, which is valid for all races (including the special event) of the Copa Catalana. In case of loss, riders shall be subject to a €5 number plate or race bib replacement fee.
 
8. Complaints
All official complaints about irregularities in the course of the race and about the classification must be addressed to the technical jury within 30 minutes after the classification of the official report (not the previous classification). If the problem is not resolved at that time, it will pass to the Competition Committee, where it will be resolved within the four next days if it affects the result of the race. The ones that refer to possible penalties will be resolved within the next eight days.
 
9. Starting order
To assign the starting order in the races of the Copa Catalana Internacional 2022, it will be taken into account in this order: the UCI ranking, the general classification of the Copa Catalana Internacional 2022 and the order of registration through the web.
 
10. Rules of the CRI tests
The approximate distance of an LRC race should be between 3 and 8 km, or a time equivalent to 5-20 minutes of running. The route may or may not coincide with the same XCO race. In any case the signalling will be specific for each race.
The order of the exit will be reversed to the general classification of the Copa Catalana. If a participant doesn’t show up at his scheduled time, he will start when the technical jury authorises it and his time will be counted from his previously assigned time. The interval between the runners will be 3 seconds.  It is not allowed to use an opponents bicycle in case of a twist. 
The closing of the circuit will be effected 15 minutes before the start. 
 
11. Technical requirements
The leader of each category will have to wear the jersey provided by the organisation with a space for the team’s advertising. 
The provisioning is only allowed in the labelled zones.
Replacement material and tooling equipment will be disposed in the provided technical zones. This allows the change of material (except the bicycle frame) and technical assistance between the team members. 
The ones participating at the award ceremony have to personify with the correspondent club equipment. 
Inappropriate behaviour such as  unsportsmanlike actions towards other participants, the technical jury, the personal of the organisation or the environment may lead to an exclusion from the race. 
The participation at the Copa Catalana Internacional requires the acceptance of these regulations. The same regulations are subjected to modifications, extensions and interpretations by the FCC and the organizing committee.  
The organisation has the right to modify the circuit in insurmountable situations. Likewise, all unforeseen events will be resolved by the members of the organisation together with the technical jury of the event.
 
12. Refund policy
Any inscription cancellation must be done via E-Mail by [email protected] Cancellations via telephone will not be accepted. The refund payment corresponding to the participant will be made by crediting the same card used by the registration, attending to the following conditions.

INSCRIPTION OR EVENT ANNULMENT caused by the PANDEMIC:
In case of cancelation or postponement of the event by the government due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the following rules will be applied: 
a. Transfer of the registration to the next proposed date.
b. Transfer of the registration to the next MTB race.
c. Change of ownership.
d. 85% refund of the registration fee.

2. General regulations
The regulations will be governed by the current regulations of the UCI technical commission and, failing that, of the Catalan Cycling Federation.

3. Categories
Women: Elite, U-23, Junior, Cadet, Master 30 and Master 40
Men: Elite, U-23, Junior, Cadet, Master 30, Master 40 and Master 50/60
 
4. Scoring
6 of the XC events will count towards the final classification of the Continental Super Cup Massi.

5. Clothing and advertising
The leader of each category must wear the jersey provided by the FCC, which has a 30 cm x 22 cm space at the disposal of the rider reserved for the advertising of their main sponsor. In all formal award ceremonies, participating riders must get on the podium wearing their team’s corresponding jersey and shorts.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:  Registration is open until 11:59 p.m. on the WEDNESDAY before the event.

Number plates must be collected on the day of the event (1st race), or at any other race if the competitor has not participated in any previous race, in addition to the official t-shirt of the Continental Super Cup Massi 2022.

8. Complaints
(also valid for ITT events). All official complaints related to irregularities throughout the duration of the race or ranking must be communicated to the Technical Panel within a period of 30 minutes after the official classification (not the previous unofficial classification) has been announced. If it is not resolved at that moment, the complaint will be passed to the Competition Committee, who will resolve matters affecting the outcome of the race within a period of four days, and matters related to possible penalties will be resolved in a period of eight days.
 
9. Starting order
The starting order of the races of the Continental Super Cup Massi shall be allocated according to UCI ranking, the general classification of the Copa Catalana MTB  and the order of registration via the website.
 
10. Technical requirements
The leaders of the different categories must wear the leader's jersey, which they shall be provided with. These jerseys have a space reserved for the team’s advertising.
Refreshments are only allowed in signposted areas. 
Replacement parts and tools for repairs must be deposited in the signposted technical areas. Replacing equipment (except for bicycle frames) and technical assistance between members of the same team, by the team mechanic or neutral assistance is permitted.
Those attending the awards ceremony must attend wearing the corresponding club gear (jersey and shorts).
Unsportsmanlike behaviour towards other riders, the Technical Panel, organisational staff or the environment may lead to exclusion from the event. 
Participating in the Copa Catalana de MTB International implies acceptance of these regulations. The same regulations are subject to modification, extension and interpretation by the FCC and the organising committee.
The organisation reserves the right to modify the circuit in the event of insurmountable obstacles. Similarly, all unforeseen circumstances shall be resolved by the members of the organisation and the event’s Technical Panel.
 
11.Return policy
Any cancellation of registration must be made by email to: [email protected] Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Payment of the registration refund will be made by crediting the card used at the time of registration, considering the following conditions.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OR EVENT due to PANDEMIC:
In case of total cancellation or postponement of the event by government order due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the following conditions will apply:
Transfer of registration to the new proposed date of the race
Transfer of registration in the next mountain bike race
Change of ownership
85% refund of the registration fee, (15% for expenses incurred with the preparation of the test). The refund will be made in the same account of the card with which the payment was made.
